The cross represents the bearing of difficulties and recalls the ideas of evolution. Starting from the center, where the carrying force resides, and going outward (the black cross), then a smaller white one, and then a grey one downward. I was influenced by Hy Amaliel.

26/3 9 tavlan… Mekaniskt skulle jag nu uppteckna uppståndelsens blomma det är påskliljan. Men åt höger skulle den vara dragen. Den del av blomman som pekar nedåt är självföljande sin påskaftonsglädje… Det är en god bild av utförandet av dualtanken och skulle jag begagna min intuition under arbetet. Korset framställer bärandet av svårigheterna och påminner om evolutionsidéerna.
